Flowfix Studio

Terms of service

Effective date: 2026-10-16
Flowfix Studio is a service of Internet Physics, Inc.

Who we are

Flowfix Studio is a service of Internet Physics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 10348328). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Internet Physics, Inc. acting under the name Flowfix Studio, and "you" means the business that receives our free flow teardown or places an order with us.

Our services are for businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm that you act for a business and may bind it.

How Flowfix Studio works

We work by email. When you ask for something that these terms and your order confirmation do not answer, we refer it to the officers of Internet Physics, Inc., and the answer reaches you by email from john@flowfixstudio.com.

The free flow teardown

The free flow teardown costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a trial: it never turns into a paid order, and we never ask for payment details to send it. We prepare at most one free flow teardown for each company, identified by its website domain. We build it only from public sources, as described below, and you may use it as you wish.

To build the teardown, we try to subscribe a dedicated test inbox we own through your store's public sign-up pop-up, browse products, add to cart and enter the test email at checkout without paying, then record every email your brand sends to that inbox over 7 days. We also read your public product, About and policy pages and Klaviyo's published revenue-per-recipient benchmarks.

The teardown is a table of six standard flows (welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, win-back), marking each as fired, not fired, or not observable (post-purchase and win-back cannot be seen without buying or waiting months), with the send delay after the trigger, subject line, offer and number of steps. It includes screenshots of every email received, one rewritten example email in your brand's voice for the weakest or missing flow, and a labelled benchmark estimate of what a missing flow could earn per 1,000 recipients (or for your own recipient count if you volunteer one). If our sign-up, cart or checkout trigger is blocked, we mark the affected flows "not triggered by us" rather than missing. A flow that did not fire may be filtered rather than absent, so the teardown asks you to confirm. The test inbox is never used to send anything to your customers. The teardown needs nothing from you: no access, no data, no payment.

What we do for paying customers

Core-flow rebuild

We rebuild your core Klaviyo flows live in your own Klaviyo account, working under a Klaviyo Manager user seat that your account's Owner or Admin adds for us. The rebuild covers the welcome flow, browse abandonment flow, abandoned cart flow, abandoned checkout flow, post-purchase flow and win-back flow, plus a back-in-stock flow where your store already collects back-in-stock requests: about 15-25 emails in total. Each flow gets written copy, subject lines, timing and segment filters (segmentation by purchase history and engagement). SMS variants are added only for profiles with SMS consent already recorded in Klaviyo.

The rebuild also includes a review and, where needed, a rebuild of the Klaviyo sign-up form (email capture) that feeds the welcome flow; test fires of every flow to seed inboxes, with link and rendering checks; a one-page flow map; and 30- and 60-day reports of flow-attributed revenue and revenue per recipient, per flow, against the prior period.

Once our seat is added, we read your existing flows, segments and sign-up forms, check that the standard Shopify events the flows trigger on arrive in Klaviyo, and report any gap to your developer. We record your prior-period flow-attributed revenue and revenue per recipient from your Klaviyo analytics as the "before" figures. We send you the drafted flows for approval, and we set flows live only after you approve them. When they are live, we email you a go-live notice listing each live flow.

What you give us: a Klaviyo Manager user seat, added once by your account's Owner or Admin after you pay the first half; your brand guidelines and image assets, sent once when you order; and confirmation of any flow from the teardown that exists but is filtered (segment, country or purchase history), which we can also read directly in your flow list once our seat is added.

Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer

The retainer is optional and is offered when the 30-day report is delivered; it is a separate order with its own order confirmation. Each month it covers 6 campaign emails and up to 2 SMS campaigns (only to profiles with recorded SMS consent), which we draft, test and schedule for your approval, plus upkeep of the rebuilt flows.

What's not included

  • Shopify theme or custom-event development (referred to the brand's developer)
  • Connecting the Shopify-Klaviyo integration or adding tracking in Shopify
  • Platform migration
  • Photography or custom illustration
  • Buying or importing lists
  • Sending SMS to anyone without SMS consent recorded in Klaviyo
  • Deliverability or DNS work beyond a check
  • Legal advice on SMS consent language
  • Segments built on health data
  • Campaign emails, except in the optional retainer

Prices and billing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies by law. We bill only the events this section names; our own errors, retries and failed checks are never billed. We do not ask for payment details before you accept an order, and we start paid work only after you accept it as described in "How orders are made".

Core-flow rebuild. USD 6,200 fixed per rebuild (six core flows, back-in-stock where the store already collects requests, sign-up form review, flow map, 30- and 60-day reports), half at order and half when the flows go live, each half invoiced by email (the first after the written acceptance of the order) and paid by bank transfer (ACH or wire) to the account named on the invoice. The first half becomes billable when you accept the order confirmation and is invoiced then. The second half becomes billable only when we email you the go-live notice for the approved flows, and is invoiced then. Nothing else is billed for the rebuild: test fires, retries and failed checks are never billed, and the second half is never billed before the flows go live.

Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer. USD 1,800 per month for 6 campaign emails, up to 2 SMS campaigns and flow upkeep, invoiced monthly by email and paid by ACH or wire. The first monthly charge is made on the day you accept its order confirmation, and each later month is billed at its start. A month that starts after a cancellation has taken effect, or while the retainer is paused, is never billed.

Payment instructions come with each invoice.

Automatic renewal

Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer renews automatically. Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer is billed at USD 1,800 per month every month and renews automatically until you cancel. Your first charge for it is on the day you accept its order confirmation. We start it only after you have replied to its order confirmation with the words "I agree to automatic renewal", separately from accepting the rest of the order, and we keep that reply for at least 3 years, or for 1 year after the plan ends if that is later. When it starts, we email you these terms and how to cancel. We email you at least 30 days before any change to its price, and at least once a year we email you its price, how often you are charged and how to cancel.

To cancel, reply CANCEL to any email from us, or email hello@flowfixstudio.com with the word CANCEL. No call, form or reason is needed, and we confirm the cancellation by email within one business day. Under the retainer's 30 days' notice term, cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your CANCEL. Until then we keep doing the retainer's work and any monthly charge that falls due is still owed; no charge falls due after that date.

To pause instead, reply PAUSE. While Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer is paused we do no work on it and charge nothing for it. It restarts only when you reply RESUME; if you have not replied RESUME within 3 months, it ends without any further charge.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel the Core-flow rebuild at any time before the flows go live by replying CANCEL. We then stop work and the second half is not invoiced. If you also want the first half back, our refund rule applies: we first offer to credit it toward a redo or another of our offers, and if you still want a refund, we refund it.

Guarantees and refunds

Every guarantee we offer, with its conditions, and our refund rule are on our guarantee page at https://flowfixstudio.com/guarantee. A promise that is not on that page or in your order confirmation is not a guarantee we make.

How orders are made

We send you an order confirmation by email from john@flowfixstudio.com. It states what we will do, the price and the guarantee that apply. An order is made when you reply to it with "Yes, I accept". The order confirmation and these terms are our whole agreement for that order; if they differ, the order confirmation applies.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and files you send us are accurate and that you have the right to give them to us for the work you order. You use what we deliver in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

For the Core-flow rebuild, you add our Klaviyo Manager user seat after paying the first half, send your brand guidelines and image assets when you order, and approve or ask for changes to the drafts we send you by email. Connecting the Shopify-Klaviyo integration and fixing Shopify events or theme code stay with you and your developer.

The flow and campaign emails and SMS we build are sent from your Klaviyo account, in your brand's name, to your own subscribers. You are their sender under CAN-SPAM: they carry your business's postal address and the unsubscribe handling of your Klaviyo account, and we do not remove either. Obtaining and recording SMS consent under the TCPA and state SMS rules is your obligation; we send SMS variants only to profiles whose SMS consent is already recorded in Klaviyo.

Your material and our work

You keep all rights in the material you send us. Once you have paid for an order, what we deliver under it is yours to use and change. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and know-how, but not your material or your deliverables. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy at https://flowfixstudio.com/privacy.

Confidentiality

We keep the non-public information you send us confidential, use it only to do your work, and share it only with the kinds of service providers our privacy policy names. This does not cover information that is public or that you have told us we may share.

No promise of results

We promise the work described in your order, not a business result such as replies, meetings, sales or revenue, unless a guarantee on our guarantee page says otherwise. Estimates, examples and benchmarks we share are not promises.

Flow-attributed revenue in Klaviyo's reports is revenue Klaviyo attributes to the flows, not proof that the flows caused those orders. A benchmark estimate in the teardown or a report is not a forecast of your revenue.

Limitation of liability

Apart from the work described in your order and the guarantees on our guarantee page, we make no other warranties, express or implied. The free flow teardown is provided as is.

Except for amounts you owe for work delivered, each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any order is limited to the amount you paid us under the order concerned in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if told they were possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending an order

Either of us may end an order that is not yet finished, by email, if the other seriously breaks these terms and does not fix it within 15 days of being told. You then pay for the work delivered up to that point, and we refund what you paid for work not delivered.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new effective date. An order keeps the terms in force when it was made. For a plan that renews automatically, we email you any change at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before then.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and every order are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before either of us starts a legal claim, we try for 30 days to settle the matter by email. A claim that is not settled is brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us accept their jurisdiction.

General

You may not transfer an order to someone else without our agreement by email. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. Notices under these terms are given by email: ours come from john@flowfixstudio.com, and yours go to hello@flowfixstudio.com.
