Your core Klaviyo flows rebuilt live in an estimated 2-3 weeks
For Shopify brands on Klaviyo. We show which flows fire for a new shopper, then rebuild them. Your approval time is extra. Ask, and we refund what you paid.
Email hello@flowfixstudio.com with your store's web address and we will send your free flow teardown.
No access to your Klaviyo, Shopify or data is asked for.

Flows that are missing, single-step or stale
Flows send on their own when a shopper subscribes, browses, leaves a cart or checkout, buys or lapses. Klaviyo's 2026 email benchmarks report that flows bring in nearly 41% of email revenue from 5.3% of sends. A brand whose flows are missing, single-step or stale misses the orders these emails typically bring back. Its retention person then rebuilds them between campaigns.
Flowfix Studio
The core-flow rebuild
We rebuild your core flows live in your own Klaviyo account. We work under a Manager seat your Owner or Admin adds after the first half is paid. You approve every flow before it goes live. At 30 and 60 days you get flow-attributed revenue and revenue per recipient, per flow, against the prior period. This is revenue Klaviyo attributes to the flows, not proof they caused it.
Welcome, browse abandonment, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus back-in-stock where your store already collects back-in-stock requests
About 15-25 emails in total, each flow with written copy, subject lines, timing and segment filters by purchase history and engagement
SMS variants only for profiles with SMS consent already recorded in Klaviyo
A review of the Klaviyo sign-up form that feeds the welcome flow, and a rebuild where needed
Test fires of every flow to seed inboxes, with link and rendering checks
A one-page flow map
30- and 60-day reports of flow-attributed revenue and revenue per recipient, per flow, against the prior period
Flowfix Studio
Start with a free flow teardown
Our free flow teardown shows which of 6 core flows fired for our test shopper. It marks the rest not fired or not observable. For each email received it gives a screenshot, the send delay after the trigger, the subject line and the offer. It counts each flow's steps. It adds one rewritten example email and a labelled benchmark estimate per 1,000 recipients. Flows whose trigger we could not fire are marked "not triggered by us". It needs no access, data or payment.
A table of 6 standard flows (welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, win-back), each marked fired, not fired or not observable
For each email received: the send delay after the trigger, the subject line, the offer and the number of steps
Screenshots of every email our test inbox received
One rewritten example email in your brand's voice for the weakest or missing flow
A labelled benchmark estimate of what a missing flow could earn per 1,000 recipients, or for your own recipient count if you share one
Limits
A flow that did not fire may be filtered (by segment, country or purchase history) rather than missing, so the teardown asks you to confirm.
Post-purchase and win-back cannot be observed without buying or waiting months.
It sees only what reaches a new shopper's inbox; it does not see inside your Klaviyo account.
The benchmark figure is an estimate of Klaviyo-attributed revenue: not a forecast for your store, and not a measure of sales the flows caused.
One per company, identified by its website domain.
Email hello@flowfixstudio.com with your store's web address. We build it from your public store and our test inbox, and need nothing else.
How it works
We record what your store sends
Our test shopper tries your sign-up pop-up, browses, leaves a cart and enters our test email at checkout. We record every email for 7 days and send you the teardown.
You check it against Klaviyo
Compare the screenshots with your own flow list. A flow that did not fire may be filtered; tell us and we correct the teardown.
You reply
We answer your questions by email and, when you want to go ahead, email you the one-page order. You accept it by replying.
We draft, you approve
After the first half is paid, your Owner or Admin adds our Manager seat. We draft every flow and send it for your approval.
Flows go live, reports follow
We estimate the rebuild at 2-3 weeks; approved flows go live in your Klaviyo after test fires. Reports at 30 and 60 days compare flow revenue with the prior period.

FAQ
Do you need access to our Klaviyo for the teardown?
No. The teardown uses only your public store, your public pages and our own test inbox. Access comes only after you order a rebuild: your Owner or Admin adds a Klaviyo Manager seat. That seat cannot edit users, export recipient activity or cancel your account.
The teardown says a flow did not fire, but we have it. Why?
A flow can exist and still be filtered, for example by segment, country or purchase history. Then it does not reach a new shopper. Tell us which flows are filtered and we correct the teardown. If our sign-up, cart or checkout trigger was blocked, the flows it affects are marked "not triggered by us", not missing.
You are new and have no references. Why trust you with our Klaviyo?
You do not have to take our word for it. The teardown shows your own emails in screenshots you can check. You approve every flow before it goes live. The second half of the price is invoiced only when the flows go live (see https://flowfixstudio.com/guarantee).
Why not adapt Klaviyo's own templates ourselves?
You can, if your staff has the time: Klaviyo supplies ready-made templates and flows that your own staff must adapt. We give you a fixed scope and price with no hours to manage. You also get test fires of every flow and before/after reports at 30 and 60 days.
What happens after the teardown?
Nothing, unless you reply. If you want a rebuild, we answer your questions by email and email you the one-page order. You send your brand guidelines and image assets when you order. Our Manager seat is added after the first half is paid. We estimate the rebuild itself at 2-3 weeks, and flows go live only after you approve them.
Can we go through the teardown on a call?
No. We work by email only: we answer your questions, walk you through the teardown and send the order terms in writing.
Will the rebuild raise our revenue?
We do not promise a revenue result. The reports show the revenue Klaviyo attributes to your flows, and revenue per recipient, against the prior period. Attributed revenue is not proof the flows caused those orders.
