Guarantees, refunds and cancellation

How our guarantees work
This page lists every guarantee Flowfix Studio offers, with its conditions, together with our refund and cancellation rules. A promise that is not on this page or in your order confirmation is not a guarantee we make. No guarantee pays you more money than you paid us: a guarantee is honoured as a refund of what you paid, as credit toward our work, or as more work.
Our guarantees
Second half only at go-live
What we promise: the second half of the Core-flow rebuild's USD 6,200 price is not invoiced until the rebuilt flows are live in your Klaviyo account, shown by our go-live notice listing each live flow.
Conditions: you have accepted the Core-flow rebuild order confirmation and paid the first half.
What you get: you pay half at order and the second half only when the flows go live; before then, no second invoice is issued.
Time limit: none; the hold lasts until the flows go live, or ends with the order if you cancel before then.
How to claim: nothing to do: we issue the second invoice only after our go-live notice is recorded in our emails with you.
Who decides: our record of the go-live notice.
Most you can receive: no payment to you; the second half of the price is held until go-live.
Refunds
If you ask for your money back, we first offer to credit what you paid toward a redo or another of our offers. If you still want a refund, we refund what you paid. We make that offer once and do not press it, and a refund is never more than you paid. Refunds go back by the method you paid with.
Cancellation
Core-flow rebuild. You may cancel the Core-flow rebuild at any time before the flows go live by replying CANCEL. We then stop work and the second half is not invoiced. If you also want the first half back, our refund rule applies: we first offer to credit it toward a redo or another of our offers, and if you still want a refund, we refund it.
Campaigns-and-upkeep retainer. Reply CANCEL to any email from us, or email hello@flowfixstudio.com with the word CANCEL. Under the retainer's 30 days' notice term, cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your CANCEL. Until then we keep doing the retainer's work and any monthly charge that falls due is still owed; no charge falls due after that date.
Plans that renew automatically are cancelled by replying CANCEL to any email from us, or by emailing hello@flowfixstudio.com with the word CANCEL; no call, form or reason is needed. The full renewal and cancellation terms are in our terms of service at https://flowfixstudio.com/terms.
Claims and requests
To claim a guarantee, ask for a refund, or cancel, email hello@flowfixstudio.com or reply to any email from us. We reply by email within 2 business days, and we tell you in writing what we decided and why, naming any condition that was not met.
